Concours d’Elégance Trofeo Salvarola Terme: Fiat 6C 1500 Pininfarina wins the “best of show” award.

Despite the bad weather a lot of people gathered at the event to admire many valuable creations on four wheels. Special guest of this edition was FIAT with two rare models: a 1930 Fiat 525SS Viotti (in competition) and a 1929 525SS (out of competition) from FCA Heritage, Fiat Historic Center’s collection.
As in previous editions the contest was divided in twelve categories, each of which had its winner. 

All twelve categories of the show are listed below: “L’auto del Bisnonno” (grandfather’s car) won by Riccardo Rocchi’s Lancia 4 Astura, “L’auto è mobile” (car in movement) won by Mario Morelli’s Fiat 514 Torpedo, “Sport cars” won by Umberto Camellini’s Fiat Balilla Coppa d’Oro, “le giovani settantenni” (70-year-old youngsters) won by Riffaele Barbieri’s Fiat 1500 6C Pininfarina, “Cuore sportivo” (sporty heart) by Marco Socini’s Fiat 2300 S cooupè, “Piccolo è bello” (small is beautiful) won by Francesco Maria Di Bitetto’s Fiat 600 Rendez Vous, “Famiglie in viaggio” (travelling families) won by Vittorio Falzoni’s Fiat 1100 TV, “Due posti al sole” (two places on the sun) won by Gabriele Mezzadri’s Fiat 124 Spider, “Made in MO” won by Fabio Tretti’s Fiat Dino Spider 2000, “British Dream” won by Ivan Cinelli’s MKII 3.8, “Mi tolgo il cappello” (I take the hat off) won by Mario Moreschi’s Alfa Romeo Giulietta sprint Bertone, “Grandi firme” (great brands) won by Luigi Zampaglione’s Lamborghini Miura. It is expected that the title of special guest of 2019’s edition will be given to Maserati.
