The Mercedes "Red Pig" in a modern key, inspired by an icon of the past
Here's Wagener's secret show car
The spectacular fire-red concept is in fact inspired by the Mercedes AMG 300 SEL 6.3 “Rote Sau”, the car that, with its second place at the 1971 Spa 24 Hours, effectively launched the AMG tuner brand into the world of motorsport and Mercedes tuning
The person who offers us this "Red Pig" ("Rote Sau", or "red pig" in German) in a restomod key and projected towards a future that has not yet been realized is its creator himself, Gorden Wagener, who a few days ago left his position as number one in design for the Star.
