Bologna Vintage Cars and Motorcycles, Europe's largest classic car fair
From 23 to 26 October, the largest exhibition in Europe dedicated to the passion for motors of all eras returns to BolognaFiere.
The 42nd edition of Auto e Moto d’Epoca has opened, confirming its position as the most important European show dedicated to classic motoring. A one-of-a-kind event, capable of uniting past and present, culture and technology, passion and collective memory. Because this year more than ever, Auto e Moto d’Epoca is a great choral tale, a celebration of ingenuity, speed, and the cultural heritage of Italian and international motoring. A journey between past and future, which speaks to the heart of every enthusiast. "Auto e Moto d'Epoca is not just a trade show, but a place where the past and future of motorsports meet," says Mario Carlo Baccaglini, President of Intermeeting. "At BolognaFiere, we celebrate the passion for classic cars every year, among collectors, museums, and major brands. The 2025 edition confirms this identity, with a special exhibition dedicated to 75 years of Formula 1, featuring 30 original single-seaters together for the first time, and an exclusive Honda display. It's a journey through technology, style, and history, but also a glimpse into the future. Here, classic motorsports isn't nostalgia: it's a living culture, shared by an ever-growing international community. Our commitment is to continue building a unique experience, capable of thrilling, engaging, and inspiring every generation."
In an ever-changing world, the allure of vintage cars and motorcycles remains undiminished: they are not simply means of transportation, but living testimonies of design, engineering, style, and dreams. Every vehicle tells a story, every body line reflects an era, every engine ignites emotions.
With 235,000 square meters, 14 pavilions, and 4 thematic itineraries, Auto e Moto d'Epoca 2025 is a true journey through the history and excellence of global motoring, including unseen rarities, international collections, major industry names, and historic clubs.
Auto e Moto d’Epoca is more than just a trade fair: it's a journey into the memory and identity of a country that has built its history through motors, design, and innovation. BolognaFiere is proud to be the home of this extraordinary event, which unites past and future, industry and culture, in a unique region like the Motor Valley.
Auto e Moto d’Epoca, a member of FIVA and Motor Valley, is sponsored by: Fondazione Bologna Welcome, Confcommercio Ascom Città Metropolitana di Bologna, CNA Bologna, and Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.
OLDCAR24 STAND, OFFICIAL MEDIA PARTNER
This year, the OldCar24 Stand will showcase Made in Italy, with three exceptional custom-built cars combining elegance, charm, and sportiness, given their eligibility for the Mille Miglia.
The LANCIA AURELIA B24 S Convertible is an icon of the 1950s! This unique model features BOANO body accessories and styling elements, including hood vents, integrated auxiliary headlights, and a rare Nardi engine kit.
The 1936 FIAT 508 Berlinetta Aerodinamica Mille Miglia was built specifically to compete in the Mille Miglia, hence its name "Berlinetta MilleMiglia."
Considered the first true compact car in Italy, the 508 is one of the most beautiful and rare Fiats of that era. Only eight examples were built with these characteristics and boast an enviable track record, including multiple concours wins and participation in 22 editions of the famous race.
The FIAT 1100 DERBY BERTONE CABRIOLET, one of three examples registered, is in absolutely original condition. It has had only two owners and is accompanied by significant historical documentation and an official invitation to Villa d'Este in 2002, for the 90th anniversary celebrations of Carrozzeria Bertone.
