In October 2024, founder Karl Chopra made the bold decision to transition the company to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) — placing 75% of his shares into a trust managed on behalf of the staff. Inspired by the John Lewis Partnership model, the move ensures that the people who help build the business each day now also help shape its future.
Karl continues as Managing Director, with day-to-day operations led by Martin Maziarz, Anthony Malone, and Nikhil Chopra — who will carry the business forward for the next generation.
