Everything is ready in Bologna for the 41st edition of VINTAGE CARS and MOTORCYCLES, the historic international exhibition dedicated to the world of Classic, a meeting place for all enthusiasts of the sector. 235,000 m2, 14 pavilions, 4 thematic itineraries. The history, present and future of the automotive industry is on display. The presence of Alpine, Mercedes, Toyota, Volkswagen and the big brands of the Motor Valley has been confirmed. And again the ASI Village and the ACI Experience. Over 7000 cars and motorbikes from the largest classic market in Europe. 
We start with the preview of the great Mauto autumn exhibition "125 times FIAT", dedicated to the celebrations for the 125 years of the Turin car manufacturer. In Bologna a selection of FIAT cars representative of the history of the famous Italian brand to tell a unique story in the twentieth-century industrial context: that of Fabbrica Italiana Automobili Torino - founded in 1899 - which is also the story of modernity in Italy, a tale of mechanical innovations and social issues that have profoundly influenced our country. In the Bolognese preview of Auto e Moto d'Epoca, the Mauto will bring a different selection of cars compared to the one that can be admired in Turin, to tell the origins, racing, design and popular cars that accompanied Italy on the road to motorisation: among these, the Fiat 3 ½ HP of 1899, the FIAT 12/16hp of 1902 which belonged to the Florio family, the futuristic FIAT 
Turbina from 1954 and the small cars that continue to shine in the history of the brand. Along with the cars, memorabilia, relics and documents.

The CAR Route brings together the best Italian and international dealers and traders: over 7000 cars, 6 pavilions, 4 external areas and 125,000 m2 of exhibition space for the largest market in Europe. Here, history, culture, innovation and ingenuity accompany and enrich the visit at all times. The entire range of the historic car is on sale: from the exceptional, such as the prototype of the Lancia Aurelia B20 made by Ghia which once belonged to Count Aymo Maggi, founder of the 1000 Miglia, to those of great symbolic value such as the last 500 ever produced , spanning almost all models, brands and eras. 
OldCar24 will be present in Hall 26. Other highlights of the market include: Formula 1 Copersucar Fittipaldi F6, Ferrari 365 GTB/4 'Daytona' Gr. IV Conversion, 1954 Porsche 356 Speedster, 1973 Ferrari 246 Dino GTS, Lancia Aurelia B53 Coupe By Allemano '52, Mercedes-Benz 220SE Ponton Cabriolet '59; up to Instant Classics like the Porsche 997 Turbo S Cabrio 918 Spyder Edition '2011. Then, like every year, there will be no shortage of VIP cars, with the Fiat Ritmo prepared and customized directly in Abarth for Enzo Ferrari. 
We continue with the MOTORCYCLE Route: over 15,000 m2 for a real show dedicated to all fans of historic motorbikes and new models, a cultural heritage brought together all together.  OldBike24 as official Media Partner will be present in pavilion 29, dedicated to motorbikes.
Among the previews, a true rarity brought by the Austrian TOP Mountain Motorcycle Museum: the Ducati 500 GP ridden by Phil Read in 1971, the motorcycle that defined the 'classic' architecture of the Ducati twin still in use today. An exhibition of English motorcycles rarely seen in Italy is expected, including Lord Hesketh's exclusive Heskeths, the legendary Vincent Motorcycles and the historic Brough Superiors. The Technical Museum of Bologna will offer a fascinating overview of the history of the motorcycle in the Emilian city while the legendary 6-cylinder Honda GP arrives from England. The Malanca Collection will further enrich the experience with road and competition models such as the Testa Rossa, Tigre and Mark 125, along with racing bikes that have participated in international championships, including prototypes such as the OB One Racing 3 series. Also present in Bologna for the first time is the iconic Ace Café in London, founded in 1938 and known as the most famous motor café in the world. Not just a point of reference for motor enthusiasts, but a true icon of motorcycling culture, attracting visitors from all over the world.
And we arrive at the route dedicated to the WORLD OF CLASSICS: history, passion and innovation. To meet those who care for, pass on to new generations and regenerate the universal heritage of engines. Among the protagonists, the International Touring Superleggera Registry pays homage to the legendary O.S.C.A. with the display of rare models such as the OSCA 1600 and the only OSCA Spider 1050 from 1964, already presented at the Turin Motor Show of that year. FIVA (Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens) will debut with a stand. Lancia Fulvia Club will exhibit a Fulvia 2C with a racing past, while the Boxer Lancia Club will present  a Lancia Flavia Berlina I series, configured for the assistance of the HF Racing Team. The Marazzato Foundation will offer a glimpse into the past with a series of vintage vehicles, including a 1959 Fiat 682 N2 Supercortemaggiore, a 1915 Fiat 18 P, a 1960 Lancia Beta 190 with Viberti cab. Among the other new features this year, the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club Italia, the Italian section of the English club which, founded in December 1984, is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
The major brands and institutions of the Motor Valley are present, a district unique in the world for its concentration of brands and motoring vocation which boasts 188 sports teams, 13 specialized museums, 18 private collections, 4 racetracks and 11 karting tracks. Among the large manufacturers, Alpine, Maserati, Mercedes, Toyota have confirmed their presence at Auto e Moto d'Epoca - which will focus its participation on the presentation of the GR Yaris TGR Italy, a limited edition developed specifically for the Italian market which will celebrate Toyota's first victory in the 1973 WRC – and Volkswagen, which debuts at the Bologna Motor Show and celebrates the 50th anniversary of the GOLF. 
The theme chosen by ACI in Bologna is "The cars of the sweet life: a journey between Glamor and Memories", an experience that goes beyond the simple exhibition of cars: a fascinating journey into the seductive golden years of the sweet life, where every car , more than a means of transport, is a symbol of an era of change, style and dreams. Thanks to virtual reality, you will be able to immerse yourself in an emotional journey: a narrative that blends past and present, where it will be possible to experience every detail with emotion and touch the legacy of great icons on four wheels. Every detail, every line, every chrome will animate a sensorial experience that will make the heart vibrate and connect, deeply, with the history of an era that continues to make us dream. ACI Experience uses cutting-edge technologies to offer a revolutionary way to explore the history of the automobile. Thanks to Apple's Vision Pro - a device not yet available in Italy - the experience offers incredibly realistic visual quality. A perfect combination of innovation, culture and the past, where technology brings history back to life, making it more engaging than ever.
There are 3 cars included in the experience: Triumph TR3A, Giulietta Spider and convertible Cadillac.  The large space of ASI Village at Auto e Moto d'Epoca 2024 will have a leitmotif that will accompany visitors on a sort of virtual tour on the roads of Italy. The title, in fact, is "Classics traveling for the pleasure of slow tourism". The Italian Federation of reference in the sector, together with its many Clubs that make up the "Village", underlines the role of historic vehicles as a pleasant tool for better experiencing the magnificent territories of our country. The recent bio-fuel testing activity is linked to this theme, which will be described in the salon with the Lancia Stratos HF used during the year in numerous tests with these alternative fuels. The ASI Village exhibition is completed by some two- and four-wheeled examples from the Morbidelli and Bertone Collections, as well as tributes for the 110th anniversary of Maserati and for the champion Arturo Merzario, who will receive the the prestigious "ASI Award for Historic Motoring 2024". Lastly, the renewed SPARE PARTS Path could not be missing: the largest European offer of vintage spare parts - from mechanics to engine electronics up to interior components.
In 2024, the route was renewed to improve the visiting experience: all car and automotive spare parts are gathered in pavilion 30, motorcycle parts in 29, while pavilion 28 is entirely dedicated to model making. The spare parts market has always been one of the beating hearts of vintage cars and motorbikes. Here, every year, selected exhibitors of car and motorcycle spare parts for both Italian and foreign models and brands arrive from all over Europe, with original and even very rare pieces. The selection of the offer is careful and guarantees the enthusiasts who acquire seriousness and competence. With over 600 spare parts dealers and a selection of the highest level, the Show confirms itself as the most important event in Europe for car, motorcycle and automotive spare parts, with a growing offer dedicated to model making.
