Ralph Lauren is not just an outstanding stylist with an innate passion for fashion, but he is also a great admirer of classic cars. A demonstration of that is his own private collection of 70 famous and luxurious models of high-prized automobiles including Ferrari, McLaren, Bugatti, Bentley, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz and more others estimated at 300 million dollars. This valuable collection of many prestigious cars are jealously guarded in a wide garage located in a secret place in the county of Westchester, close to New York City. Here Lauren and his assistants look after the collection. The famous stylist drives personally each of his cars and deals with restoring them and giving them a new life.
While filming on Peter Schnallper Discovery Channel Ralph Lauren said: "I have always admired timeless things and some of the automobiles that I began to collect without any doubt give the strong message of this ageless beauty".
