The first stop will be in Calvignano, in the Oltrepò Pavese, a land of monasteries and ancient farms, where the area's fine wines are produced.
The stop, with wine tasting, will be at the Travaglino Estate, transformed from a medieval monastery into a winery since the 19th century, in an enchanting landscape setting.
Lunch will be held at "La Locanda" in Calvignano.
In the afternoon, the "travelling museum" will set off again to cross the heights of the Oltrepò Pavese, whose roads were once the salt roads leading to Genoa.
A stop will be made in Bobbio, a stop in history, in the great past of the land where the Lombards reigned.
This ancient village carefully preserves its medieval vestiges, including the ancient Abbey, founded in the 7th century by the Irish monk St. Columbanus.
It was one of the most important 'scriptoriums' in Europe.
The Municipality of Bobbio has granted its patronage and allowed the cars to be displayed in the Piazzetta in front of the Cathedral, in a reserved area.
The crews will continue on to the geographical area of Tigullio, a mythical place where, amidst patches of green pine and olive trees, the sunny colours of orange and lemon groves appear.
The Trebbia Valley, the Aveto Valley, the Regional Natural Park with its beech woods, Mount Penice (1460 m.), one of the highest peaks of the Ligurian Apennines, present an opportunity to travel through a landscape of bygone times, dense with history and with exciting views.
Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure, and Rapallo offer suggestions for their historical centres and castles on the sea, which defended these towns from the Turkish-Barbarian pirates.
The overnight stay will be at the Grand Hotel Excelsior in Rapallo, an ultra-luxury location, equipped with every comfort.
This historic hotel witnessed the splendours of the Belle Époque. Its gardens, terraces overlooking the sea, and stunning views of the Gulf ensure a sweet stay.
On the evening of 29 April, dinner at Paraggi, a resort overlooking the Baja, which has the colours of an Alpine lake due to the thick vegetation that frames it.
Then on Sunday 30 April, finally Portofino!!!
The astonishment, the wonder of this gulf that has become world famous, surrounded by the ancient multicoloured houses of the fishermen.
Here, in the legendary Piazzetta, under the patronage of the municipality, the prestigious historic cars, with their brightly coloured liveries, will make a magnificent contrast with the blue sea.
An unforgettable vision: the boats lapping in the small harbour, the reflection of the pink, yellow and scarlet houses in the blue of a calm, shimmering sea.
To those who approach Portofino, the most personal memories and emotions flow from the memory and the heart.
From the verses - learned at school - of Eugenio Montale, the great Genoese Nobel Prize winner:
"Tra gli scogli parlotta la maretta..."
"the agave that clings to the crevasse of the rock...
to the notes and voices of Fred Buscaglione, Dalida, Johnny Dorelli, Boccelli in "Love in Portofino":
"In the sweet enchantment of the morning the sea brought you to me".
Interior visions and feelings that the incomparable beauty of Portofino unleashes in those who walk or stop in its narrow streets, or admire the marina from above, as on the occasion of a visit to the Brown Castle of Portofino, a defensive construction from the assaults of Saracen pirates.
For luxury shopping, Milan's Via Monte Napoleone and Portofino's legendary Piazzetta rival each other on equal terms.
