The story of the Giulia started from a project by Orazio Satta, Giuseppe Busso, Ivo Colucci for the bodywork, and Giuseppe Scarnati of the Alfa Romeo Style Centre, 1962.
The Giulia TI ushered in a new generation of sports saloons with cutting-edge engine technology, a five-speed gearbox, a rigid but lightweight body, a reinforced passenger compartment, body design and an unusual truncated tail, a detail that elevated its aerodynamic quality.
The Giulia TI was called the car 'designed by the wind' because its line was calculated in the Turin Polytechnic's Wind Tunnel.
This beautiful sports car was widely appreciated by motorists and was produced until 1977, only to be revived in later models.
