Two unforgettable days made the sixth edition of the Historic Minardi Day unique. The Imola track attracted a large crowd to witness an event that has become a reference point for motorsport enthusiasts of yesterday and today.
In addition to the great spectacle offered on the track, where the historic Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, Gran Turismo and Prototype single-seaters 'bit' the asphalt once again, ACI Storico Club members experienced the third of the four ACI Storico Festivals scheduled in the 2022 calendar. Over 100 classic cars flocked this morning for the Raduno Terre di Romagna, which officially kicked off in the paddock of the Santerno track, at the waving of the tricolour flag by Giancarlo Minardi in person. The cars then headed in the direction of Lugo, where an interesting visit to the Francesco Baracca Museum took place. After the tour inside the museum, which houses Major Baracca's SPAD VII, on which the prancing horse taken by Enzo Ferrari stands, the guests headed towards Faenza for a lunch of typical products.
The tour continued with a passage through Piazza del Popolo, then through Brisighella and culminated with the entrance to the autodrome once again, where an exciting parade of all the historic cars that had joined in a day of passion for the beauty of the territory and the passion for four-wheel vehicles took place.
