Monza, 3 April 2022 - The second edition of the ACI Storico Festival, which took place today at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, was a great success, with more than 650 historic and youngtimers in attendance.
The event, which bears the signature of Club ACI Storico, boasted the precious collaboration of Automobile Club Milano, Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo and Scuderia del Portello. 
More than 360 Alfa cars were on the track, with outstanding models such as the 1971 Alfa Romeo 33TT3, the 1983 Alfa Romeo F1 183T and the 1967 Alfa Romeo Tipo 33/2 Fleròn, which belong to the Scuderia del Portello's Alfa Romeo Historic Racing Museum. Equally important was the parterre of guests present, such as Andrea de Adamich, Carlo Facetti, Giorgio Francia and Gianni Giudici, who shared with the participants the glorious exploits of the past, but with an eye to the future as well, given the arrival in the paddock of the Tonale in a world preview, with Alfa Romeo CEO Jean-Philippe Imparato on board. The presence of the Alfa Romeo brand, strengthened by RIAR, aroused the interest of the public thanks to important cars such as a Giulia TZ from 1964 and an official Autodelta Giulia Sprint GTA 1600 from 1965, winner of several titles in Italy and abroad.
Numerous clubs and members affiliated with the ACI Historic Club flocked to the track, including the Milano Historic Cars Club & Youngtimer Club Milano, the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL Club Italia and the Le Nonnette Ruggenti Club, which took part in the various track days and parades that coloured both the track in the conformation used for the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the historic one with the fascinating elevated curve of the speed ring.
Also worth highlighting are the moments of sharing that entertained the public thanks to the partnership with the editorial staff of Ruoteclassiche and Youngtimer, who led an interesting talk "How to start collecting youngtimers", as well as the meeting where the Youngtimer Show - Buy&Drive took place, which allowed guests not to simply stop and admire the cars, but to start and conclude a real sale.
The day ended with the prize-giving ceremony on the podium at Monza, where the owners of such fascinating cars as a 1968 Lotus 11, a 1994 Mercedes C36, a 1965 Mercedes 230S and the 1964 Giulia GTA ex-Ignazio Giunti took to the podium.
