Ferrari Museum, two exhibitions for the 70th anniversary of Rossa:" Under the Skin" and "Rosso Infinito"

Two exhibitions were dedicated to the celebration of Ferrari's 70th anniversary that will be held in a museum with 600 sq. meters of space to welcome a great amount of visitors from all over the world. 2016 has been the record-breaking year for Ferrari Museum hosting more than 478.000 visitors, as per 344.000 precisely in Maranello.
Due to the large amount of visitors a bigger place was needed and total area was increased to 4.100 sq. meters. In these days there will be organized two exhibitions for celebrating 70th anniversary of Cavallino, "Under the Skin" and "Rosso infinito": the first is to remember the founder and the evolution of the company's style and innovation, while the second exhibition should let visitors travel back in time through its models. The exposition "Under the Skin" was born out of a collaboration with Design Museum of London. It tells the story of creative and engineering development of Ferrari through its excellent cars including 125 S, first car of the brand.
Technical designers reveal the car design process of every epoch starting from the story of Cavallino Rampante and from exposed motors. They even take an in-depth look at the engineering work of the cars.
Moreover, design models and Galleria del Vento's ones present evolution of styles and technologies made over the years that remind us how avant-grade Enzo Ferrari was in experimenting his new scientific technologies. In an exhibition itinerary recalls the main principal phases of Enzo Ferrari's life, work and challenging spirit that made his name famous all over the world.
The exhibition will be transferred at Design Museum of London from November. "Rosso Infinito" will celebrate the 70 years of history of Cavallino Rampante with some of the most exclusive creations such as racing and road cars of Maranello.
A remarkable series of victories have made the present at the exposition single-seater Formula Uno well-known: starting from the 1952 500 F2 with which Alberto Ascari won the first world Driver championship in 1952, the F2004 that has won the most GPs in the history (15, like the F2002) and the F2008 that won the World Constructors title.
Among the GT cars, there is the 250 GT Berlinetta "Tdf" from the family 250 that dominated the world of racing in the second part of the 50's. The following models were the 250 GT Berlinetta SWB and the 250 GTO that is one of the most sought-after by collectors.
There have been exposed several special series of F50, the Enzo and the Ferrari that is also presented in the version FXX K, intended to be used exclusively on racetrack.
The exposition "Under the Skin" will stay in Maranello till November 2017 while "Rosso infinito" throughout 2017.
