29th NUVOLARI GRAND PRIX MANTUA EUROPEAN CITY OF SPORT 2019

In this year Mantova, an art city, also boasts two exceptional exhibitions dedicated to its adoptive artist Giulio Romano, the designer and decorator of Palazzo Te.
From this privileged place the regularity race with time trial started, defined as the “most beautiful in the world”, dedicated to the great Mantuan champion Tazio Nuvolari.
Over 300 crews from all over the world have traveled 1025 km, exciting for the truth and the variety and beauty of the landscape,from Lake Garda to the lombard mountains,across the Po Valley, the Adriatic coast, the gentle hills of the Siena area; with stops in the city of art and ancient history, which the participants known and love through this special sporting event.
There were 45 car manufacturers and 95 cars dated before the war.
the most ancient cars have passed all the tests and difficulties of the route ranking 1st in a Fiat 508C in 1937, in the 2nd place in a Fiat 508 C in 1939, in 3rd place an Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 SS of 1929, therefore gloriously centenary!
