The vintage cars and motorcycles of the Milan Trophy ready for a new fashion show at Castello Sforzesco. Launch of the 13th Edition organized by the C

Autumn arrives and the inevitable appointment with the Milan Trophy returns, in the old-fashioned parade organized every year by the CMAE.
Saturday 5 October a parade of 80 cars and 40 selected motorcycles will meet at the Linate Military Airport hanger, for tests starting from the first hours  in skill and regularity  tests.
How it fits into the most classic of events in perfect vintage style.
The day will then continue with an ad hoc route along the most characteristic roads of the Lombard countryside,with a pit stop in Trezzo sull’Adda and one in Cassano d’Adda where participants will take in the very elegant Villa Maggi Ponti will gather for lunch.
But the highlight of the event will be as always at Castello Sforzesco: starting at 15:00, before motorbikes and then cars will arrive on parade to give life to a unique and equally varied exhibition of jewels representative of the largest international motoring panorama.
From the centenarians to the most recent and iconic cars of the twentieth century,passing by models that have marked entire generations of motorists, alongside very particular two-wheeled models still roaring.
The Castele Square of the Castle will become an evocative meeting place between the public and the Trofeo Participants, ready to satisfy the curiosity of those present by telling their cars and motorcycles, the undisputed protagonists of the day.
Waiting for their arrival, the entire area will be animated by the depurature of the talented young people of the IED European design Institute of Milan-who this year challenged each other for the construction of the Trofeo-playbill, present with their works in the courtyard della Rocchetta, and activities designed for the little ones too,thanks to Unicef new partner of the event.
Yhe traditional concert of the Fanfare of the Italian Air Force will mark the end of the event and the beginning of the evening dedicated to the awards with the gala dinner.
The overall winner of the Milan 2019 Trophy will receive a true staple of a spire of the Milan Cathedral 2019 granted on a Twenty -year loan to the CMAE.
Also this edition of the Milan Trophy is registreted in the ASI Events Calender and organized in collaboration with Areonautica Militare Comando 1^ Air Region, and Castello Sforzesco, it also enjoys the patronage of the Municipality of Milan, the patronage of the Lombardy Region, the city of Cassano d’Adda and the Municipality of Trezzo sull’Adda.
The loyal Breitling, renowned Swiss watchmaker, and MAFRA, esteemed car care products company, are also sponsors of the 13th edition - and will participate with rich prizes for the winners in the various categories-alongside Poste Italians, Banca Galileo and the prestigious Aste Bolaffi, which continue to support with enthusiasm and passion the most significant event to the Milanese Club Automotoveicoli d’Epoca.
With the recognition in 2018 by ASI, the Trofeo Milano brings the editions of the prestigious “Manovella d’Oro” award to 11, confirming how over the years the events has managed to stand out among the best events to the year; merit to a careful organizational work,of an ever more important partecipation and ,of course, of a “collection” of extraordinary cars and motorcycles, gathered to celebrate and pass on the value of historical motoring.
