The spectacular competition of elegance in front of the Pacific: Pebble Beach 2019

Took place in Peable Beach, an enchanting site overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The car presented- starting from 1950 - to the jury and the public, must be impeccable in terms of style, rarità and authenticity of the mechanical components and state of preservation.
Many prestigious brands partecipated in this prestigious edition, including Bentley and Zagato, which celebrate the centenary of their foundation . There are also Bugatti (110 years) and Ballot.
This last French company dates back to 1911 and produced high- end racing cars up until 1933: the 3/8 LC distinguished itself aut the Indianapolis 500 Mille Miglia and the 1927 RH  model was a sport of great power for the time.
Italy was present with the Lamborghini Miura of 1966, bodied by Nuccio Bertone based on the design of a young and very promising Marcello Gandini, who with this project opened a new era of sports cars.
The Elegance Competition was proceded by the Elegace Tour promoted by Rolex.
The sumptuous vintage cars have traveled the scenic roads from which you can admire the splendid bay, up to Carmelby-to sea, the town situated on the cliff.
An exciting mix of emotions.
The 69th Pebble Beach Elegance Competition was won by a luxurious 8 liter Bentley of 1931, with Gurney Nutting bodywork.
This car produced between 1930 and 1931, before the purchase of the.company by Rolls Royce, was at the time,the largest model produced in England; with state- of- the art technical solutions for that time.
It was one of the most exclusive cars of the thirties; only 100 specimens were produced, very rare today and highly sought after.
