HIPPODROME OF SAN SIRO: TROFEO OAKS – GALLOPING RACE WORLDLINESS ELEGANCE AND… HISTORIC CARS

At the hippodrome of San Siro on Sunday 25th May was held the racing of OAKS. It was a show full of worldliness and elegance. The winner of this heartbreaking 2200 meters race was the wonderful Final Score with the Italian rider Fabio Branca who as a winner won 407.000 euros. The event was topped with enviably elegant ladies with wonderful hair and caps, like in the English most famous tournaments. At this special Gala event it would have been a real pity to miss many magnificent classic cars including MG Le Mans, MGB Spider, MGA (MG Car Club Lombardia), Jaguar XK 150, Lancia Ardea (G.A.M.S. Gallarate), and  pre-war Riley 9 Special (C.M.A.E. Milano).
