Stunning Faye Dunawey and blonde Steve McQueen chased each other and flirt in 1966 movie “The Thomas Crown Affair” directed by Norman Jewison. An expensive car is, in the public imagination, symbol of adventures, money and love.
Three unforgettable cars appeared on the screen in that movie: DUNE BUGGY, ideal to have fun on the beach, ROLLS ROYCE SILVER SHADOW COUPE’ perfect for the man who never needs to ask, and FERRARI 275 GTB-4 SPIDER / Nart, every rich man’s dream. This car was presented for the first time at 1964 Paris Saloon. It was Ferrari Team’s decision to entrust NORTH AMERICAN RACING TEAM (N.A.R.T) of italo-American driver, Luigi Chinetti (1958) with the production of small series of spiders similar to Berlinetta, but with a soft roof.
